Digital Graduation Invitations: Wording and Logistics

Pro Gallery Team·September 28, 2026

A graduation celebration is short and crowded, and two things unsettle it: attendance that exceeds expectations, and photos that disappear afterwards into endless group chats.

Ready wording

  • With great pride we invite you to share our daughter's graduation. Your presence crowns the occasion.
  • The Al Harbi family is pleased to invite you to the university graduation of their son Faisal.
  • We are marking the end of a long journey, and we would love you to be part of it.

What belongs on the card

The graduate's name, the institution, the date and time, and the venue with a map link. If entry is capped, say so plainly, because graduations in particular attract more companions than you expect.

For universities and schools

When the institution is the host, the task shifts from one invitation to hundreds, with entry and seating to manage. We covered that in the school graduation photo delivery guide.

And the photos

What every graduate waits for afterwards is their own photos. With the Pro Gallery smart gallery each graduate receives only their own shots, without digging through a folder of thousands, and without everyone's photos being posted in one shared album.

Design a card addressed to each guest with a confirmation, then deliver the photos automatically once the event is over. Start with Pro Gallery here.
