3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the platform in a lawful and responsible manner.
Refrain from uploading, sharing, or distributing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the performance of the service.
Misuse AI technologies or platform features.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the platform, technologies, designs, branding, and content are owned by Pro Gallery.

No content, technology, or materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.

6. User Content

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to the content.

7. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for:

Obtaining any necessary consents and permissions.

Complying with applicable laws and regulations related to images and personal data.

8. AI Processing Disclaimer

AI-powered photo matching accuracy depends on image quality and available data.
Photo matching results are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate in all cases.
Results may vary based on image quality, lighting conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pro Gallery shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Data loss caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Misuse of the platform by users or event organizers.
Service interruptions or failures caused by third-party providers.

10. Termination

Pro Gallery reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated or the service is misused.

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

As Pro Gallery provides digital services involving event setup, content processing, and platform resources, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

Customers may request a full refund if service implementation has not yet started and no event setup or resource allocation has taken place.
Once service delivery, event setup, system configuration, or resource allocation has begun, payments are non-refundable in whole or in part.
Fees for services that have already been delivered, used, or benefited from are non-refundable.
In the event of a significant technical issue caused by Pro Gallery that prevents delivery of the agreed service, Pro Gallery may provide a suitable remedy, compensation, or refund at its discretion.
Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted through the official email address and will be reviewed within 10 business days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13. Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version.

14. Legal Entity

Pro Gallery is a product and trading name operated by Captura, the legal entity registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

For legal, billing, banking, payment processing, tax invoices, and regulatory purposes, you may see the name Captura instead of Pro Gallery on official documents, payment records, or financial statements.

Both names refer to the same business entity.
