Men's and Women's Wedding Cards for the Same Occasion

Pro Gallery Team·September 28, 2026

Most Saudi weddings run two halls, which means two invitations rather than one. The common mistake is a single card carrying both addresses, which sends some guests to the wrong venue. The right approach is two cards that differ in text and place, and match in visual identity.

What differs between the two cards

  • Venue and entrance. The most important difference, and each card needs its own map link.
  • The host. Usually the groom's father on the men's card, and the bride's or groom's mother on the women's card.
  • Time. The women's reception often begins an hour or more before the men's.
  • Tone. The men's card leans formal, the women's warmer and closer to family.

What must stay the same

The base colour, the typeface and the placement of the names. Even if one card is dark and the other light, anyone seeing both should read them as one occasion. The easiest method is to keep the same design and shift the colour by a single step.

The real problem: two separate lists

Designing is the easy part. The hard part is sending each card to the right list and tracking confirmations per hall. Families who send by hand always mix the lists, then discover on the day that the women's count is far above what they planned for.

In Pro Gallery invitations you create one occasion with two cards and two lists. Every guest receives the correct card with his or her name and the right venue link, and you see confirmations for each hall separately.

Who receives which card

The practical rule: send the men's card to the man's phone, and the women's card directly to the woman's phone where you have her number. Sending both cards to the man alone means half your invitations never arrive, and you will never know the women's count.

For the wording of each card, see the men's wedding invitation templates and the wedding invitation wording article.

Prepare both cards in one place

Create the occasion once and let the system keep the two lists apart and count each hall on its own. Start with Pro Gallery, and after the night every guest receives their own photos without you sending a thing.
